About storyboard sheets
A storyboard sheet works when the frame is big enough to sketch in and the caption line is close enough to write on without losing your place. Six frames per page is the practical balance for planning a scene before shooting.
Choosing a size
Print Tabloid or A3 if you sketch loosely and need space for camera notes. Letter and A4 are fine for thumbnail planning where you only need composition and shot order.

Can I print storyboards on larger paper?
